This Decree Mixed Print Tunic is a piece that manages to give you both a masculine and girly look. The plaid is boyish, but that lace neckline and long length make it hopelessly feminine, along with that contrast trim at the edges (it's hard to see with the small picture). I'm not too crazy with the bows on the side pockets, but the rest is too amazing for words, so I'll let them slide. It's just $14.99, so grab one at JCPenney before they all run out (see title link)!

Decree for Fashion?
This Decree Mixed Print Tunic is a piece that manages to give you both a masculine and girly look.
