ProActiv Solution is reportedly one of the most effective anti-acne systems. I don't have excessive acne, so I've only tried some of their Refining Mask at a friend's house once. It did feel good afterwards, though, and really does fight blemishes (and protects new ones from appearing). It contains sulfur, Kaolin (which absorbs surface oils).
