Funky Earrings

I first saw these earrings on Abigail Breslin. Now, I don't necessarily look to her as a fashion inspiration or anything, but if a pretty and girly girl like her can pull these off, anyone can! The gold spike top earring from Smith by Zoe Chicco, cost $48 (see title link) and are so contemporary! Jewelry like this is made with an antique brass chain, and is 3.5" long.

Gold Scarf

Fancy scarves are great to wear for holiday parties, but I also prefer them for simply a winter day out - I used this one from Urbanog to take friends to the airport after finals (see title link)! It was only $10, and what an accessory!

Weekend Bling

I don't wear completely different looks on weekends, but I like adding a little something, like a plain gold ring (see title link).

On another prom rant...

I'm in love with one-shouldered dresses and still haven't found the perfect one for myself. But if you're looking for prom dresses and want to stay on trend, this Jessica McClintock One-Shoulder Dress is definitely the way to go! Available at Dillard's for $169 (see title link), the gown is made of gold stretch satin and slims your waist with the ruched bodice. The decorative rosette and empire waist are so elegant! Not too crazy about the flared skirt, but that is flattering on some people! So be a goddess this prom!

Gorjana Rings

I love my rings from Gorjana. These Key And Fleur-de-lis Stackable Rings cost $45, which isn't TOO horrendous for jewelry. They come in both silver as well, but gold is the way to go (see title link). They have assorted charms at each of their centers, and are made from sterling silver.

Earrings

These Wire Detail Earrings from Forever 21 are adorable. They're great to blast the bags from your eyes, making you look more awake! They are pyramid-shaped rhinestones with a gorgeous yellow/gold color (see title link). Just $4.80!

Light Eyes!

I have hazel eyes and darker brown skin, so my eyes are unique and I want to flaunt them. I play them up with gold eyeshadow, which helps the honey tones stand out and contrasts nicely with my darker skin. My favorite is CoverGirl Eye Enhancers. The 1-Kit Shadow in Gold Sizzle is perfect and costs only $3.47 (see title link) so you better grab it while you can.

Charm!

I found this gorgeous earphones charm necklace for $10 from Girlprops. It's 1 1/8 x 1 1/4" Headphones with on an 18" Chain, in the Gold shade (see title link).

(Bur)berry is in for fall

Gotta love some designer wonderfulness. I LOVE this Burberry dress from the Spring 2010 Ready-to-Wear collection. Emma Watson modeled the look at the runway show in September, and that gold version is absolutely fabulous. You can't buy online so I don't know the price, but you can visit stores and check it out for yourself (see title link).
