Big volume, big earrings

I love when girls have the perfect amount of lofty volume in their hair. Now, you can use volumizing spray and related products to boost your hair to unforeseen heights, but balance it with enhancing statement jewelry! I love these Rectangle earrings from Elizabeth Knight Jewelry's Armor Collection. They cost a whopping $176 and feature an antique gold plate with oxidized silver.

For the Disney-obsessed

Expensive and childish? Not my cup of tea, but if you're having a whimsical day, try these Minnie Mawi earrings, called Disney Couture Jewelry. The Heart Drop earrings are a cute silver multicolor, and are on sale for $27.95 (see title link). I'm a fan of the oversized crystals, just not the minnie dots on the bottom. But if you're into accessories and can pull off this jewelry, by all means: go for it!

Exclaim your cuteness :)

You may want to tone down the exclamation points on your fashion during the winter, but don't forget to accessorize! These 0.5" Bow Studs from Girlprops with Vintage Tooling in Antique Brass are just $4.99 (see title link)! But they'll put a new look on your face instantly!

Funky Earrings

I first saw these earrings on Abigail Breslin. Now, I don't necessarily look to her as a fashion inspiration or anything, but if a pretty and girly girl like her can pull these off, anyone can! The gold spike top earring from Smith by Zoe Chicco, cost $48 (see title link) and are so contemporary! Jewelry like this is made with an antique brass chain, and is 3.5" long.

Iosselliani - Italian earrings

Such delicate earrings (see title link)! They are from Iosselliani, an Italian jewelry designer, and are silver with a bronze stone. After the Euro conversion, they cost $110.37.Look great with blue smoky eyes!

Edge of Urge

Definitely found a new earring brand to be obsessed with! The Edge of Urge website has tons of cool earrings, and this Cluster Singleton Lucy Leopard, made by Jessie Williams, has everything from leather, charms, and feathers. Costs $84 and you get a personalized earring (see title link)!

Hair/Earring combo

Long, dangly earrings look great when hair is up. Do it creatively by pairing cute butterfly earrings from Lulu's (see title link) with Sailor Knots! Basically you just make two high pigtail buns. Surprisingly, you DON'T look like an alien.

Beach hoops

Love this pair of Urbanog earrings I found. They are affordable and will look perfect with a slick pony on the beach. If you pull it straight back, you'll look stylish and keep the attention focused on the hoops (see title link).

Aeropostale jewelry?

I had no idea Aeropostale sold jewelry before. Call me oblivious, but I usually imagine that every one of their items has the store's name on it. The earrings are actually super-cute and budget-friendly (see title link). Check them out!

Rebecca Taylor

Here are some Rebecca Taylor earrings I found (see title link). They look great with hair in a wispy topknot. Your hair will look awesome when you put your hair in a bun and accentuate them.

It's all about the bling, so find earrings that give off that glamorous vibe! I found this pair at Forever 21. Formerly $8, the Vivianne Jewel earrings are now on sale for just $5.80 (see title link). The red/gold combination is just perfect. Comes with a stud-style backing.

These Wire Detail Earrings from Forever 21 are adorable. They're great to blast the bags from your eyes, making you look more awake! They are pyramid-shaped rhinestones with a gorgeous yellow/gold color (see title link). Just $4.80!

Take Sides

For fine jewelry, I choose Azaara, which is a designer based in LA. They make these star dangling earrings that are to die for (see title link) and look great with a rumpled side pony without looking too tried.

Rachel Rachel Roy

Rachel Roy designs great fashion, but her earrings are my personal favorites (see title link). In the Sun, these RACHEL Rachel Roy Multi Hoop Earrings look like beautiful strokes of summer. From the Astor Row group, these worn gold multi hoop earrings are a pretty Antique Gold color and are just $34. They have a convenient wire back, too.

I was going to make this post about some cool Forever 21 earrings (see title link), but I figured I'd talk about a more pressing issue: in this season of graduations and new beginnings, it's easy to think that you'll never find the same kind of guys that you had in high school. But the world is a whole lot bigger, and now you're opening yourself up to a million new guys. Chances are, you'll find someone who fits your high standards :).

Tuleste Market is a high-end brand that sells these amazing $95 Hexagon with Chainmail Stud Earrings (see title link)! Available at Alice + Olivia stores, this rose-gold pair offers an edgy twist to the classic stud, and can command the outfit or supplement a large necklace.

Check out these cute earrings from Urbanog (see title link). They're sparkly and really pop in your ears...I like the pink variety best.
