On another prom rant...
I'm in love with one-shouldered dresses and still haven't found the perfect one for myself. But if you're looking for prom dresses and want to stay on trend, this Jessica McClintock One-Shoulder Dress is definitely the way to go! Available at Dillard's for $169 (see title link), the gown is made of gold stretch satin and slims your waist with the ruched bodice. The decorative rosette and empire waist are so elegant! Not too crazy about the flared skirt, but that is flattering on some people! So be a goddess this prom!

Prom dress preview
I'm bummed there aren't any Dillard's stores near me. When I was shopping for prom, I would've loved their collections! Here's a Printed Dress from Masquerade. The charmeuse print halter dress with sequins costs $189. The straps connect in the back, which is cutout, so you will look absolutely fabulous! The Green/Multi is just perfect.
