Couture Eyeliner

I had no idea there was makeup only available at Saks, but I'm not surprised. This Dolce & Gabbana Charm Eye Liner Pencil is a great find in their beauty & fragrance department. D&G's makeup has a great reputation, especially products for the eyes. I don't typically wear liner, but this one in Black looks absolutely smoldering. If you rim your eyes and then smudge it with a cotton swab, they'll look even more sexy! Love the charms at the end, too, although that better not be the reason for the high price of $33 (see title link). Great gift (for yourself, obviously).

Prep for Halloween, beginning with your makeup!

October is a great month to go a little bit more wacky with your makeup. If you're going for a pretty look on Halloween, try Stila Eye Shadow Trio in Going Green. It costs $20 (see title link) and that lime green is great for rimming your eyes. The trio comes with a base, crease, and liner. I wore the color to homecoming!

Although bold party looks are great, I think everyday makeup should be kept natural, while still helping you feel put-together.
