Bright, waterproof eyeshadow

CoverGirl's new Intense ShadowBlast eyeshadow is super rich because it has the primer built into the formula. The Blue Bomb color is absolutely dazzling, although it comes in 6 different colors (see title link). Just $6!

Neutrogena's natural eyeshadow

Although bold party looks are great, I think everyday makeup should be kept natural, while still helping you feel put-together. I found this eyeshadow set and thought it's perfect on most skin tones, to give them a nice, accentuating eye area. The Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Quad in the Sea Shell variety is just $8 (see title link), and contains nutrients to provide you with that beautiful, smooth vibrance. Those dark browns for your crease and accent add depth, in a cool, defining way. The vitamins, silk, and soy keep your skin healthy as well. What more could you want?

Eyeshadow tattoos

I can't believe anyone seriously invented this. You can buy eyeshadow appliques from ColorOn Professional that are like tattoos (temporary, of course!). The Animal Instincts Eye Shadow Kit is a personal favorite (HA) and is available for $20 (see title link). Includes zebra, camouflage, leopard, snake, and tortoise. How outrageous!

EyeStudio

Maybelline New York just released a new product for their EyeStudio collection. The Color Explosion Luminizing Eyeshadow has the most gorgeous pigments with a bonus topcoat for extra color. You will impact everyone who lays eyes on you. The Forest Fury (shown) is the most beautiful and available for $10.99 (see title link).

Make complicated easy

What a cool concept! Instead of trying to get beautiful eyelids with tons of different shades, Maybelline New York created the EyeStudio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow Collection (see title link). The dimensional color has this great luminosity to help you get the perfect combo of different shades. 7 different uncrushed pearls for a reflective finish. Comes in 10 different shades. I like the Carbon Frost one.

Eyeshadow

Urban Decay Stardust in Griffith is a unique, bright eyeshadow that is fun and makes any eye color pop. It doesn't come cheap at $20, but it's undoubtedly effective (see title link).
