Nike for Women

On one hand, I hate endorsing Nike products here because of their inhumane practices in the manufacturing process. But in terms of practicality, their athletic clothing for women is top-notch. The Nike Pro Hyperwarm Crew Training Top is excellent for this time of year, with soft, dri-fit spandex to keep your sweat off and fitting snugly, so you have a full range of motion and retained heat. Love the long sleeves! Purple is my favorite color so I chose the Bold Berry/White combo, but there are several to choose from for $50 each (see title link). No chafing!

Jessica Simpson fall-wear

It may be a bit early to talk about fall fashions, but the Jessica Simpson collection is ready for new arrivals. I love shopping for laid-back, comfy sweaters or thermals, and I found just that with the Chainmaille Yarn Cardigan, on sale now for $34.99 (see title link). It's thin enough for you to be able to wear it on some chilly August nights and has cable knit detail on the sleeves and hem. The color shown is Bright White Cotton Nylon blend, but depending on what you wear underneath you can give it a chill vibe with some gray.

J. Crew

A short-sleeve white tee is so crucial for a wardrobe. I like this top from J. Crew (see title link). It's their Tissue Crewneck tee and is $29.50. It's super-soft, white, and gorgeous! I saw it on Ashley Tisdale.

Take a Journey with Converse

I was at Journeys the other day to escape studying for exams, and I came across this Chuck Taylor All Star Print Sneaker. It's the Converse Lo Emo Dog Athletic Shoe in White and is just $49.99 (see title link), although I remember a time not too long ago when Converses were just $30. Amazing how these shoes are still cool after all these years. They've updated without changing and still have a great fan following. The canvas upper is classic.

Royalty?

This White fitted one shoulder gown from Jovani is to DIE FOR (see title link). Feel absolutely divine in this one-shoulder number. The embellished chains and sweetheart neckline make it fitting for any prom or formal event. Ask for Style 8510.
