Jessica Simpson fall-wear

It may be a bit early to talk about fall fashions, but the Jessica Simpson collection is ready for new arrivals. I love shopping for laid-back, comfy sweaters or thermals, and I found just that with the Chainmaille Yarn Cardigan, on sale now for $34.99 (see title link). It's thin enough for you to be able to wear it on some chilly August nights and has cable knit detail on the sleeves and hem. The color shown is Bright White Cotton Nylon blend, but depending on what you wear underneath you can give it a chill vibe with some gray.

One-shoulder bathing suit

I've seen plenty of versions of the monokini, and often feel they're trying too hard. But this one-shoulder side cutout monokini from Charlotte Russe is attention-grabbing while still retaining that bikini feel in some way (see title link). I adore the bright turquoise color, and it's super-affordable on sale for $19.60 (originally $25).

Play up your eyes
