I hear jeggings are the new it item of clothing now. I hate the name, but they do look pretty cool if worn the correct way. I found these Mudd Skinny Jeggings for just $21.99 at Kohl's (on sale from $40). The heavy-tint denim legging has a great dark gray/blue/black wash that gives you an edge AND keeps you slim for a stunning silhouette. They look well-worn, too, so you don't look uptight. The front pockets are faux, even! Low rise is great for the modern teenager, but the strechiness keeps you comfortable.

Candie's by Britney?

I initially saw the Candie's print ad displaying Britney Spears and thought it was some sort of joke. When I read it and realized that Britney was designing for them I was horrified. But I have to admit, the girl's got (designing) taste. The limited edition collection has apparel, accessories, and handbags. I particularly loved this Candie's Designed by Britney Silver-Tone Floral Zipper Bib Necklace, which is on sale from $28 to $19.60 (see title link) only at Kohl's. It's far from ordinary and is made from gathered fabric. Looks great with an embellished top, according to the official online page (see title link), and the black ribbon tie customizes the fit (it's 34 inches total)
