The lastest in women's dresses is this adorably cool party dress available at JCPenney from I 'Heart' Ronson, called the Lurex Stripe Dress. It's on sale now for just $23, what a steal! Love the metallic stripes, round banded neckline, chiffon skirt, and side zipper for easy self-dressing. It's even washable (see title link)!

Boots as slippers

I've seen girls wear those undurable Ugg-replica slipper boots around the library, but I didn't realize some stores market them for indoor use. Much more practical and warm - JCPenney has some great ones in their pajamas & slippers section (see title link). I found some plain ones for just $21.99.

JCPenney's Jacket Collection

JCPenney is great for shopping for winter outerwear. I buy boots there every year, and the jacket and coat collection in Juniors are well-priced. Some are just $60 (see title link)!

Decree by jcpenney has an owl necklace called the Multi Color Fashion Necklace, and you can buy it for just $10 (see title link). The cute glass crystals are really classic, and it comes with a lobster closure.

The wraparound bracelet is a great concept, in my opinion. Gives the illusion of effortlessly coordinating a set of bracelets but paying just for one! The Olsenboye graphic tee called London Rocks is such a cheap addition to your wardrobe this summer at JCPenney (see title link). For $14.99, the embellished print will have you rocking a round neck and the short sleeves will keep you cool as a cucumber. It's washable, too, and imported.

MK+A shoes

The Olsenboye Maddie shoe is good for back-to-school, but I like it now during the summer. You know, on a Monday morning where it's hard to get yourself in the mood to be all business. It's just $35 and looks completely vintage for that cover-of-Vogue feel. JCPenney calls it a "lace-up love affair." The fabric lining is practical and light. Make sure to get it in Black, though!

Olsen Jeans

These Olsenboye jeans are so unique. They're the Boyfriend Crop and are just $19.99 on sale online from $30 at JCPenney (see title link). This kind of denim is urban and edgy, yet laid-back, with its ripped and rolled hem and plaid cotton pocket lining.

A budget-friendly way of getting cute jeans from department stores. This Decree Shredded Jean was $24.99 when I first found it (right now it's $29.99 online). These skinnies are chic without being too tight, and there's the standard five pockets, fly front, and decorative stitching on the back two.
