The true makeup

Good stuff! L'Oreal Paris' True Match collection carries what I know as the real makeup: Super-Blendable! The new Mahogany shade is great for deep skin, and I love that it matches skin tones pretty precisely. Remember to dot some on each part of your face. Cosmetics should feel light and natural. Wax it off yourself

My upper lip hair seems to grow back faster by the week. I'm going to try out Sally Hansen's Hair Removal tools, with the Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Face in particular (see title link). It's supposed to be easy to use and just a simple press-on wax. The strips can be used on the go, and reportedly give results which last up to 8 weeks. All you do is warm strips, separate the double-sided parts, and press on! Dermatologist/Salon tested.

Sally Hansen's wax can solve all your hair removal problems

I'm often wary of Sally Hansen's products, especially her depilatories when they first released. But wax is often fool-proof of false promises, right? I mean, the painful way does do the trick. So if you're up for waxing and have to do your brows, upper lip, or even bikini area, try Sally Hansen Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Face, which is one of her most famous hair removal products (see title link). They're pre-cut strips that provide results that last up to 8 weeks. They're easy to use, too - you just warm the strip in your hands to make it ready to use, separate the double-sided strips, and press on (pulling off later, obviously). They have a good size for larger areas as well. They help reduce appearance of regrowth, and are dermatologist tested. For "Beauty that Works."

Night cream for sensitive skin

We all know and love the lip balm from Burt's Bees. It's considered one of the better products on the market, and their other products for the face are no different. The Sensitive Night Cream, priced at $15, is perfect for sensitive skin because it contains cotton extract to calm it (see title link). Promises to not cause redness or irritation, and helps to minimize the effects of other cleansers. Rice extract moisturizes, along with aloe. Make sure to use it every day to get a consistent effect! Oh, and did I mention it was fragrance-free and hypoallergenic? What could be better?

Foundation that doesn't break the bank

A bottle of Rimmel London's Clean Finish Foundation costs only $5 (see title link)! Can you believe it? From a leading brand in the UK at that! The mattifying liquid foundation promises you a 100% poreless look, and contains Vitamin A & E to control that oil. It allegedly lasts all day, but I haven't tried it for a long day yet. Definitely something to check out, though! They have such wonderful products for the face.

Fit Me [well, you, technically]

I know lots of cosmetic brands tend to fit your skin tone perfectly, but Maybelline New York has taken it to a whole new level by naming their whole collection after it. FIT ME Foundation ($8) is part of a great group of products to make your face absolutely flawless. It feels fresh and contains SPF 18. Did I mention it also comes in 18 shades?

I was intrigued by the Shade Finder (see title link) that they feature on each product's page, so I tried taking the quiz to find mine. Honestly, for those of us who don't know if we're "warm" or "cool" it's useless. They need a simpler way of finding the shade.
