I recently found another mascara that should satisfy. Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara promises to please with its formula that actually contains olive oil. It plumps lashes with no clumps or smudging. Flakes are nowhere to be seen, either. Available in three shades, it's dermatologist tested, like all Neutrogena products, and is safe for contact lenses! It reportedly makes your lashes 400% fuller (see title link)!
