The hush-hush word: tampons. Someone has to talk about them, though. Tampax Pearl Plastic is supposed to be the best. It has LeakGuard protection, too with a built-in backup braid. Personally, I'm a little scared to trying tampons, but they're good for athletes and other girls on-the-go (see title link).
