Tampax?
Tampax Pearl, I've heard, is the best one of its kind right now. Its LeakGuard protection prevents leaks for up to 8 hours, so you can be safe overnight. Awkward topic, but definitely worth discussing. Check it out (see title link) for just $4.99.
