These are a bit expensive, but try Always Infinity Regular pads for great coverage. They're $9.99 for 36, but they are made with Infinicel, an absorbent material which is super-thin and can hold 10x its weight. Wings ensure less mess, and microdots channel fluid deep into the pad so you don't feel weird. The form-fitting channels and soft cover sheet helps you be discrete, comfortable, and protect against leaks. They are even designed to be wider in the back.
