New York Color's In a New York Color Minute Quick Dry Nail Polish is one of the cheapest at the drugstore (Rite-Aid, for me) - just $1.99! It comes on slick and looks absolutely perfect if you have some sort of coordination. Vibrant colors as well - their ads feature Tribeca Silver but I love East Village (shown here).
