It's a one-shoulder ruched dress with zipper trimmed ruffle, available in the Juniors' department at Macy's (see title link). With the close fit, sparkling and girly flutter sleeve which drapes into a ruffle, and sequin trim, along with the molded bust, ruched side seams, and the shirring at the center back, what's not to love?
