Dresses are the perfect topic for spring, and Demi Lovato is inspiring with this dress from Finders Keepers at the Seventeen magazine Power of Friendship Luncheon honoring nobody but herself, at Cleo in Los Angeles' Redbury Hotel. Her long layers are great for medium- or thick-haired girls, too.

Makeup is true art

It's fascinating to read about the world of makeup artists! Francesca Tolot, for example, represented by Cloutier Remix, has done makeup for dozens of celebrities, magazine covers, music videos, and more. But her true first passion? Renaissance Art! She's Italian-born and gets her inspiration for colors and mixing from that medium. I think it's so fascinating (see title link). So celebrities like Demi Lovato (whom she styled) can just worry about how nice their butts are looking in certain dresses!

Demi Lovato is SUCH a beautiful girl and usually looks like one of the most glamorous teens in Hollywood. So, why, then, does she sometimes get it wrong despite having an enviable wardrobe? At the Noon by Noor launch party (see title link) in West Hollywood this summer, Demi showed up wearing a gorgeous dress and adding on this oversized, asymmetrical, sheer cardigan or shirt. The dress speaks for itself, and the cardigan looks like something you would wear to the library. Wear them separately, for different occasions!

Demi Lovato on Pressure

Actress Demi Lovato accepted a position as a contributing editor for Seventeen and started a campaign called "Love is Louder than the Pressure to Be Perfect." Read her advice now (see title link).

Love this Fendi bracelet, as shown below on Demi Lovato. The stitched bracelet costs $120 at Barneys New York, and is 15" long in a black color (although it's really a very dark brown). Buy it if you can afford it (see title link).

I love milk!

I used to love Demi Lovato, but since her Got Milk ad I'm having second thoughts. Don't get me wrong, I love the beverage that she is endorsing here (see title link). But she uses the word "fans" so much that it almost makes her seem full of herself, like she takes it all for granted. But off stage, she downs a glass of lowfat milk. Here we go again!

Demi Lovato is one of many celebrities featured in the Got Milk? ad campaign (see title link). She is literally making a splash in the industry, keeping a glass of milk to get her rocking. Here she goes again (pun intended).

Demi + Twilight

Did you know Demi Lovato adores the Twilight series? She dreams of playing a character from the stories one day, especially because of the forbidden romance between Bella and Edward and their eventual triumph (see title link). Cute, huh?
