The one thing I do when I feel sad or
depressed is
overeat. Ice cream sundaes, Oreos, all the stuff that's horrible for me. And while you may think those kinds of
foods will drown your sorrows, they actually make you feel bloated and maybe even WORSE. Instead, do the opposite and burn calories by exercising...go for a jog or just work out your own way. You'll release tons of endorphins and actually feel better, even if it is just for a little while (see title link).
