The number-one essential I've been carrying in my purse is some good 'ol sugarfree chewing gum. You never know when you need a breath freshener! I use Orbit Mist Sugarfree Gum in Peppermint Spray. Orbit has received the American Dental Association's Seal of Acceptance, and it contains Micro-Bursts that give a hydrating sensation. It has 50% fewer calories than gum with sugar and this size piece has now been reduced to having 2.5 calories. Plus, it gives you a smooth, refreshing flavor. Too bad that's artificial.
