Hairspray to brighten your color

I found this Pureology Colour Stylist Strengthening Control Zero Dulling Hairspray in a local salon (see title link). Although it costs $24, it gives my hair tons of shine and contains a vegetable protein to repair damage, so I know my hair is getting the best treatment possible. It's fast-drying, too! The chamomile and olive oil smell wonderful, and the orange oil gives it a smoothness.

Bikini bottom

Not quite beach season yet, but there's no harm in starting to look! Check out these bikini bottoms from the Smoothies by Gossip collection. They cost just $20 (see title link) and are flattering on any figure with their cute tiered ruffles (see title link).

Spring Sandals

I found a cute AND comfy pair of sandals from Sperry Top-Sider today for $60 (see title link). The Women's Marigot has an adorable pink and navy plaid style that's perfect for summer, and looks great casual. You'll feel comfortable walking for long durations as well.

Accessorize your weekend

I'm unsure how I feel about these Stoney Clover Lane bracelets. Shown here is the Lexi Set, $100 for the set of five bracelets (see title link). Worn by celebrities, this brand is great for everyday use. On the one hand, it's nice to get some certified celebrity bling that you can actually wear, rather than buying something outrageous that makes you look ridiculous. But on the other hand, why waste one hundred dollars on five solid-colored gold charm bracelets? Sure, they're unique, but I can definitely live without them.

Cool Secret mission

Secret, of Secret deodorant, has a great, inspiring mission that I wanted to share. It's a cool positivity campaign where you can write compliments about people anonymously on their Facebook page. Basically, being nice behind someone's back is only more good in this world (see title link)! Cool secret, huh?

Trenchcoat!

Trenchcoats are a cute new trend, and I LOVE this one seen on Cassie Scerbo in Make It or Break It. It's simple but so sexy (see title link)! Great for showing off your figure but still keeping the assets under wraps!

Help with coming out

I have quite a few friends who have struggled to come out about their sexuality. But I read about one girl who took little steps to do it instead of having to feel like it was an on/off switch. She said it out loud to herself, then told her dad, then told her parents. She still hasn't told her friends, because she wants to wait until she's ready to deal with the repercussions (see title link).
