Eating Disorders

If you or a friend need help for an eating disorder, try to talk to him/her. Without pushing them, show them that you're there to support them and help them get help should they choose to take it (see title link). A school counselor can be a valuable resource, or just a trusted parent.

Lists

As Spring really takes off, make a list of things (see title link) to try that you've never attempted before, and really get inspired by it. There's no time like the present to make a fresh start! I got the idea of a dream journal from Seventeen.

Celebrity Pink

I found these really cool Celebrity Pink jeans at Macy's. They're a bright orchid color that pops without hurting your eyes (see title link). They're not hideously shiny and reflective, either, since they're jeans. A whole new look for $49.

Advice?

Here's a hilarious video of Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado giving advice to girls about guys and dating (see title link). Frankie, Jenner's best friend, encourages girls to not hog their boyfriends. Invite the BFF along so he doesn't feel like a third wheel.

Earth-Friendly

With Earth Hour coming up on Saturday, I wanted to shine some light on some environmentally-friendly beauty products. What do cosmetic brushes have to do with the Earth, you ask? Well, the EcoTools 6-Piece Brush Set, available at Walgreens stores (see title link), consists of brushes made with cruelty-free hair. All of its components are recycled materials. The handles are made of bamboo, too, a strong, sustainable plant. The cosmetic brush roll consists purely of natural cotton and hemp. That reusable pouch is too cute. So what if you have to pay $13 for it? EcoTools is affiliated with 1% for the Planet, which means it donates 1% of its proceeds to earth efforts.

Earrings!

These earrings from Forever 21 used to be $30, but they're selling for a cheap $3.80 now! What a deal, huh? The only catch is that the sale is final, so you can't return the metal hoops if you don't like them (see title link). But they'll definitely look hot and stand out with any outfit.

Nine West!

One of the most unique pieces I've seen in a long time...These Nine West (see title link) shoes make such a style statement! The price has risen $10 from $79 since I last checked it out, as its now $89. The peep toe model is in for spring and the pleated toe adds a great touch. A whopping 4" heel will ensure that you NEVER feel short. The model is in Pink Multi Fabric (Blitzen model), but it basically matches with everything. Keep the rest of the outfit simple, and you can never go wrong with polka dots!

Lulu Frost

Worthy splurge if you're looking...this charm bracelet by Lulu Frost costs a whopping $172.80 (see title link). But it is pretty, no lie there. Something to be shown for sure.
