I seem to be big on fragrances this week. Hmm, I suppose all this after-Thanksgiving cheer has me at the mall and at Sephora, especially, sampling new eau de parfums. Here's a new one I found: Miss Dior Cherie. There is green tangerine, violette, and pink jasmine, as well as patchouli, crystalline musk, strawberry leaves, caramelized popcorn, and strawberry sorbet. It's so youthful, yet timelessly classic (see title link).

Leftovers?

Want a great lunch on Thanksgiving weekend that doesn't taste like a leftover? Take some of that yummy turkey and put it in a wrap or tortilla. Add some stuffing and gravy, microwave and BAM! a wonderful meal (see title link).

I was at Saks Fifth Avenue the other day and found this wonderful fragrance. Emporio Armani Diamonds Intense is the ultimate luxe scent. It's the only one I've ever seriously considered splurging on (its 3.4 oz. larger bottle costs $70). It oozes a floral, rose scent that gives a feminine feel. It's main ingredient, patchouli gives it a daring edge as well, almost musky (see title link).

Break Time?

Does your boyfriend never answer his phone when you call him? Or is it "never on?" Well, if this is an easily noticeable trend, it could mean warning of a future breakup, since he obviously doesn't want the relationship anymore (see title link).

I just got Garnier Fructis Style Curl Shaping Spray Gel and I have to say, it totally works. My hair is super-thick so it could be a little stronger to completely eliminate the frizz, but my curls are definitely more enhanced and defined and more shiny! I just create the spirals with my fingers when my hair is wet and spray the stuff all over.

Here are some edgy boots...they're from Wanted and they're the Queen model. Certainly not ladylike-looking to me, but they're supposed to be pretty good in support. Wanted shoes in general are of high quality, so you can't really go wrong (see title link).

Endless Heels...

These shoes are a girl's dream. Your legs will look like they go on for miles with this pair from the Jessica Simpson Collection called the Layla Pump. I wasn't crazy about the beige color at first, but it actually makes a great contrast with black. It also has a cork platform for extra support so you're not tottering around in those high heels. It gives you a bit more height as well. They're so incredibly cute. They're $79, though, so think seriously about splurging before buying them (see title link).

Cute Boots

These fold-over boots by Roxy are extremely comfortable AND cute. Its insole provides a hidden wedge so your legs are slightly elongated. The only downside? They're $59 (see title link).

Classic Black Top!

This is a classic black top from Rampage with a studded kick. So cute, although it is $29, which is a little pricey. The material is a bit heavy for the neck as well, but the top looks great once it's on (see title link)

Fairy Dust

Paris Hilton just came out with a wonderful-smelling new fragrance called Fairy Dust by Paris Hilton. It is truly magical with its extracts of pink peony and orange blossom and hints of spring gardenia, peach nectar, water lily, sueded patchouli, cashmere musk, and vanilla cream.
