Fake LOWER lashes!?

I had no idea anyone created special fake eyelashes for the lower end of your eye. But Ardell Fashion Lashes' Lower Lashes in Black 112 proved me wrong, and they cost just $5. I don't think any fake eyelashes are easy to apply, but they are made from human hair to feel more natural. Great for some nighttime glamour, performances, or anything else (see title link)!

Jou Jou Jacket

Cape jackets are a new trend this fall. As it gets colder (although I'm still in denial myself!) bring a jacket along with you, but make sure to look cute! This Jou Jou number is $90, and looks so classic (see title link).

New sweater for fall

Check out this peekaboo lace top I found! It's on sale for $25 at American Eagle Outfitters. The top is called their Off-Shoulder Lace Inset T (see title link), and is part of their T's and Polos collection. The campus blue color shown here is awesome! Super sexy. Has a great jersey texture that gives a relaxed fit. The ribbed neck is nice and casual as well, and the floral taping at the inner neck is simply fabulous. With coverstitched cuffs and hem, and the standard eagle embroidery.

Eyeshadow tattoos

I can't believe anyone seriously invented this. You can buy eyeshadow appliques from ColorOn Professional that are like tattoos (temporary, of course!). The Animal Instincts Eye Shadow Kit is a personal favorite (HA) and is available for $20 (see title link). Includes zebra, camouflage, leopard, snake, and tortoise. How outrageous!

Nail Tips

Did you know the best way to cut your nails is to snip little sections at a time? If you bite off more than you can chew, your nails can weaken and break (see title link).

Look amazing and support a cause

Nude colors are my favorite on a Friday night. When I go to a classy dinner it looks understated but clearly different from the usual. MAC Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick is great because its purchase benefits the MAC AIDS fund (see title link). For just $14.50, you have a great warm beige that looks amazing on anyone, and it's limited edition so get yours quickly! Truly is one of the best lipsticks I've seen in a makeup collection.

Green Apple gum

I'm a big fan of 5 Gum already, but had never tried their unique Vortex flavor that's a juicy green apple taste! It's absolutely amazing (see title link).

Murad (for acne)

Murad's acne products are overpriced but definitely effective with the advertising. Their sleek font make the acne breakout treatment seem pretty sophisticated, so let's hope this Skin Perfecting Lotion really does the trick and actually hydrates and protects. Oil-free and minimizes pores, while soothing your skin and reducing irritation. Problem is, it's $33 (see title link) for 1.7 fl. oz!

Tommy Girl at Macy's

While I'm not usually into plaid or collared button-down shirts on girls, I have come to realize that what may not look good on me can work well on many other people. So I decided to branch out and share this shirt I spotted at Macy's, created by Tommy Girl. The plaid shirt is a great top, called the Long Sleeve Point Collar Buttoned Plaid Oxford Shirt, and is on sale now for $39.99 (see title link). Great for the preppiest of people, it's machine washable and has cuffed long sleeves. There's two front flapped pockets at the bust as well, and a rounded hem.

Volcom's cream of the crop

Sweaters can be so versatile, and when I found this Volcom Women's Late Night Convertible Sweater, I had to mention it (see title link). On sale now for $41.70. The cropped sweater fashion will definitely be in, I'm guessing, after the crop top fade. It has a great shape as well. You can wear it upside down!

Kotex vs. Tampax

I'm always talking about Kotex and Tampax, and I should probably choose a side. Problem is, I've never even used a tampon, so I can't test whether tampax is truly 30% better with its cleanguard. The Tampax Pearl Regular is a great option!

Lourdes Leon

Lourdes Leon is not just Madonna's daughter. She's also a budding fashion designer with a successful name under Madonna's Material Girl line. Just look at the way she makes style her own! I love her cutoff black fringe top here, in NYC with Kelly Osbourne (see title link).

U Tampons

Tampons can be stylish. U by Kotex makes some tampons that look cute with all their colors. Come in Regular, Super, and Super Plus absorbencies (see title link).

New Sneakers

Labor Day weekend was the time to shop. I found some great sneakers on sale at the New Balance store. The Women's New Balance 80 is a fixture in their Lifestyle & Retro department, and they're on sale now for just $48, down from $60 (see title link). Suede and nylon upper, reflective detailing for walks in the dark, and solid rubber outsole. They're super lightweight, too! I'd like the colors inverted, but that's all they had online.

Sharpie!

The Sharpie Pen collection's Retractable Fine Point Pen is even cool for artistry! You don't have to carry a cap around, and it dries so quickly! There's a great barrel for comfort and it's water-resistant. Buy it for $4.49 (see title link).

YMI Jeans

YMI Jeans are one of my favorites. Even the jeggings they make are awesome, and the liquid leggings are the best (see title link).

The City Streets Skinny Jeans are available at JCPenney stores for just $19.99. These Super Skinny pairs in Green have both front and back pockets, and look so different (see title link)!

Purr!

Katy Perry's Purr Eau de Parfum is actually quite nice-smelling. Not crazy about the packaging OR advertising (the new fragrance for women should not have Katy dressed with a tail) but the whole "Earn My Affection" thing is cute yet sexy. From $45-$65, available at Nordstrom (see title link).

Salon Effects

Sally Hansen's Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips give you cute, instant nails with no dry time. They're really just stickers and last up to 10 days (see title link).

Raven Symone's transformation

How hot does Raven-Symone look? That confidence, even if she decided to awkwardly fall or forgot to tie her shoes or something, shines through. I'm in love with this LBD she's got going here from the ABC Family Upfront Presentation (see title link).

Owl necklace

Decree by jcpenney has an owl necklace called the Multi Color Fashion Necklace, and you can buy it for just $10 (see title link). The cute glass crystals are really classic, and it comes with a lobster closure.

Cyberbullying
